Moderne Archive + Anna Weiss
Hi, I’m Anna. I created Moderne Archive for people navigating transition, downsizing, settling an estate, relocating, or simply beginning a new chapter who want the process handled with care, taste, and clear communication. Moderne Archive is both a retail shop and a full-service estate sale company, built around the same point of view: calm, curated presentation; market-informed pricing; respectful sale-day operations; and a straightforward plan from walkthrough to settlement.
I am from Chicago, but based in St. Louis and conduct estates throughout and surrounding areas. I graduated from Washington University with a degree in psychology, which shapes how I work with families during emotionally tender moments steadily, mindfully, and with consent at every step.
I’ve been in the estate sale world for 25 years, and operated MoModerne Design shop for the last 15 years. I am also a set dresser, which means I naturally think in terms of flow, story, and display. I love presenting a lifetime collection with intention, honoring what mattered, highlighting what’s special, and creating an environment where buyers can truly see the pieces. My design-forward curation isn’t just beautiful; it helps the sale run smoothly and supports strong results.
Above all, I’m here to make this easier. Archive Home is built on discretion, clarity, and care so you can move forward with confidence.
